About registration

Registration is free and requires only a few minutes of your time. To register, you will be required to complete a short online registration form.  To get started, click the Register button on the Login/Register page.

Once you have successfully submitted your details, you will see a new Web page and receive an email in your inbox, both confirming your registration.

Why register?

We ask you to register to:

• Receive email alerts. These will be sent automatically unless you opt out.
• Submit a comment letter via this website. Registration allows us to identify who has sent comment letters.
• Observe a meeting. Registration allows us to validate the details of those who apply to attend meetings as observers.
