Adoption and copyright

The IASC Foundation owns the copyright on all material it produces in all languages. Any reproduction or translation requires the permission of the IASC Foundation.

More and more countries are starting to adopt IFRS as legislation. In a number of cases, the official language of these countries is not English, and translation is required. The IASC Foundation is keen to support the adoption of IFRS as legislation in countries throughout the world, particularly with the copyright issues that surround legislation.
