The Board resumed its consideration of the interaction between Chapters 1 and 2 of the new framework and the existing Framework until the entire new framework is completed. The Board focused on issues arising from the proposal to replace the term ‘reliability’ with ‘faithful representation’. The Board noted potential implications of withdrawing guidance on how to apply ‘reliability’. World Standard Setters Meeting September 2006

At this meeting, an update of the project will be provided since the last world standard-setters meeting. We also hope to gain input that will be useful to the Boards in their further deliberations on the definition of an asset and the implementation of the measurement phase plan.
