IFRS-GP 2007 – Taxonomy Versioning Ladder

The IASC Foundation XBRL Team is pleased to announce the release of the first iterative draft of the IFRS-GP (2007), staged on our newly developed IFRS Taxonomy Versioning Ladder.

It is the intention of our Taxonomy Development Team to regularly post versions of drafts of the IFRS-GP as changes and improvements are made over the next months. The Versioning Ladder provides a complete audit trail of changes made to the taxonomy and the reasons for those changes.  It uses as a base the IFRS differencing linkbase technology which was launched on our website yesterday. Please note that the draft taxonomies posted to the Versioning Ladder are drafts for feedback purposes only, and should be used in conjunction with our  CoreFiling TRAX taxonomy commenting system. See: http://trax3.corefiling.com/ps/
