Release of 2006 IFRS-GP Taxonomy Labels in Portuguese

The IASC Foundation XBRL Team is pleased to announce the release of the draft Portuguese translation of the complete label linkbase for the IFRS-GP (May 06) Taxonomy.

This translation is available for comment. Label translations are based on the IFRS International Portuguese Bound Volume.

The original 2005 Portuguese Translation of IFRS-GP was fully reviewed by OROC - Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas, with some additional help from  Banco de Portugal, and coordinated by Fernando Melo, as representative of CNC - Comissão de Normalização Contabilística (Portuguese Accounting Standard Board).  It was translated by Joel Vicente of the IASC Foundation XBRL Team - now with CoreFiling, and Ana Christina Costa Silva of the University of Edinburgh.
