Title SEC International Roundtable on Interactive Data
Description A number of countries already require public companies to provide their financial reports in interactive data. Others, including the United States, are proposing to require it. Still others are currently considering it. The International Roundtable on Interactive Data for Public Financial Reporting organized by US SEC on 10th June considered these experiences by welcoming panelists from Canada, China, India, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain and the IASC Foundation. SEC Commissioner Chairman Christopher Cox opened the Roundtable with welcoming remarks, after which a panel discussion considered the XBRL-related topics.
